WHO IS PROJECT KINECT?

Project Kinect

Project Kinect is a marketing and logistics firm that supports impactful and game-changing events and campaigns.

Whether it is a fundraiser, a launch, awards ceremony, awareness campaign, a stakeholder social, or a social media campaign, Project Kinect is able to design and manage events and campaigns to fit you and your organization’s needs. We work with nonprofits, local government, social businesses and corporations. Our clients have one goal in common: They want to create a greater impact and positive change.

When we need added support, we reach out to our network of co-conspirators. This group includes graphic designers, videographers, social media masters, publicists, lawyers, small business consultants and so much more. We may be a small team, but we have a mighty network in our corner.

Working with us is an experience. Kinect, to us, is connecting kinetic energy. We connect people who want to create similar impact. When people connect on a common level, then real positive social change can be accomplished. We strive to make sure our events and campaigns are executed well, with purpose, and invoke authentic emotions that connect people. We see change inspired from common emotions created at the experiences we create.

TRAVEL Interchange

Travel Interchange

TRAVEL Interchange is traveling with intentionality. We look at one intersection of culture, passion, profession, lifestyle and find ways to bridge communities by further investigating those intersections. When we add intentionality to our journeys, the impact becomes much greater and bonds become much stronger.

Below are the current trips that we offer. We are also able to create trips and retreats catered to you and your team’s needs. Contact us today.

Twenty Minute Collaborations Salon

Twenty Minute Collaboration Salon

Twenty Minute Collaborations Salon is the live version of the podcast Twenty Minute Collaborations. Twenty Minute Collaborations is focused on finding ways we can collaborate better together. Each guest shares a story about a time they had a common goal with others. Most stories describe moments we would never label as collaborations even though they are. From the stories, we find wonderful lessons how we can create more impactful collaborations. This journey with Gregg Potter will bring laughs, surprises, and connecting in a way we all need more of.

The Salon live show is a way to have more open conversation with exciting impactful guests while creating space that people feel heard, appreciated, and welcome.

The Life Cycle of Collaboration

Why Collaboration?

People being polarized and not being able to collaborate is one of today’s largest obstacles to create positive social change. However, we see successful collaborations every day in our lives.  How can we go to the grocery store, plan birthday parties, or host a holiday dinner successfully with all the diverse people we do this with, and not have the same ease when doing what our conscious minds consider collaboration? Gregg Potter believes we can.

By taking lessons from how we successfully collaborate every day, we can be more impactful in our intentional collaborations. Collaboration has three repeated skills that help us as we work together. These are transformational leadership, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.  When we develop these skills, specifically for formal collaborations, then trust, space making, empowerment, team agency, and good communication are present… AND, with all of those working together, we are creating a better place for all of us to live and thrive. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do and how we function as humans.
